These terms are an agreement between you and Cornerstone Property Management, owned and operated by Bradley Grimm ("we," "us") about your use of thecornerstone.llc. By using the site, or by sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site
You may use this site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

Service requests
Submitting a contact form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding agreement. A job is not scheduled until we confirm it with you directly, in writing or by phone.
Estimates, pricing, and payment
We try to give clear, honest pricing before we pick up a tool. Estimates are based on the information you give us and what we can see. If the scope changes once work begins (hidden damage, additional materials, and so on), we will tell you before continuing.
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are agreed on a per-job basis and confirmed on the invoice.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something we did is not right, call us and we will make it right. Warranty details are spelled out on a per-job basis depending on the trade, manufacturer, and parts involved.
Cancellations and access
If you need to reschedule, give us as much notice as you can. If we show up for a scheduled visit and cannot get access to the property, a trip fee may apply.
Conditions we did not cause
Cornerstone is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage we did not cause, or losses arising from circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or your job. We do not send marketing texts.
